My name is D.J. Kennedy. A "do-it-all" type. I've done everything from construction to masonry work, plumbing to auto-repair and more. Most importantly, you'll get nothing but honesty and quality from me.

I worked as a mechanic for many years and I know my way around a vehicle. I restore old lawn mowers as a hobby so there aren't too many motor-machines that I can't work my way around.

UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA GREENSBORO - CLOSET INSTALLATION
Installed 400 closet shelves and rods for a dormitory at UNCG. This picture was before the painters came to caulk and paint the shelves. Also, handled the removal of the previous shelves and rods.
BATHROOM FLOOR DEMO AND RECONSTRUCTION
This customer had extensive rotting and mold in their bathroom floor. I demo'd all of the sub floor, (including floor slats), and replaced those and support floor joists. I also treated the mold before new install. I installed a new sub floor, and installed their stick down tiles, toilet, vanity, baseboard, and molding, all per customer request.
STORM CLEAN UP AND LANDSCAPING
The home owners of this particular property were in dire need of a yard/lake view. We came in and cleared their lots to reclaim their lines, and views.
EFFICIENT PLUMBING
Several customers have had a lot of weather related pipe bursts. This one was a quick and efficient repair to replace bursted pipes for numerous units. I was able to replace the copper, with newer and more improved piping, and for a very reasonable rate.
FENCE AND GATE INSTALLATION
I have lots of experience in fencing! I have custom building experience, building to customers specifications, and requirements. We offer competitive prices on our rates as well!
REINFORCEMENT WALLS
This was an immediate issue that needed addressed. The land underneath this client's camper started eroding quickly, due to massive and repetitive storms. We installed an efficient, yet economical retaining wall to help them out.
